Goodbye Jessie and James

Pokemon Go's October is chock full o' events! Zapdos is here in five star raids, but Moltres and Origin Forme Giratina are coming up. Wednesdays at 6pm will be Raid Hours, featuring that week's legendary! October Tuesdays 6 PM Spotlight Hours will feature World Cap Pikachu, Original Cap Pikachu, Shuppet, and Duskull.The October Research Breakthrough encounter is Shedinja. There's also October Limited Research featuring Alolan and Galarian Meowth on Saturday, October 10, 2020! Don’t forget—in celebration of the Longchamp x Pokémon collaboration, a fashion-themed event will take place from October 2-8. The actual real life bags will be available October 13! They are cute! The Wolf Doctor should get one...

PAX Pokemon Powers Up!



Episode 197: the hyper hundred and ninety-seventh episode of the PokeProblemsPodcast! Tonight we have a special guest! RoxasEmoQueen of the Pax Pokemon League. The Pax Pokemon League is an alternate reality Pokemon game held at PAXes around the world, and now, for the first time ever, it's online with PAX Online, September 12-20! All the action will be happening in their Discord, where you can enter as a challenger and find battles! You can also follow them through Twitter, and Facebook! And awesome admin Roxas is on twitter too! . In addition to hosting the PAX Pokemon League Challenge, this year the "PPL" is also hosting many live streams and special events. There's an amazing schedule document online that really helps show what's going on with that! For our East Coast listeners, here's the direct link to the EDT schedule. And their Twitch channel will be streaming challenger battles a lot of the time when they are not having special events!

Speaking of Mega Evolution, they are making it a little easier... GO Battle League Season 4 begins Monday, September 14, 2020. You can look forward to the all-new Halloween Cup, which will run from October 26 to November 3, 2020 featuring only Poison-, Ghost-, Bug-, Dark-, and Fairy-type Pokémon will be allowed. GO Battle Night on Thursday, September 24, 2020, will have the all-new Flying Cup!
